Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization number along with specific instructions for your product category.
Donation or Shipping
For mattresses, we will help coordinate a local charity donation or professional pickup; for smaller items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for easy return mailing.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive confirmation of the donation or the returned items at our warehouse, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
